Bambi armchair designed by Rolf Rastad and Adolf Relling for Gustav Bahus in Norway circa1950
Classic modern Bambi armchair designed by Rolf Rastad and Adolf Relling for Gustav Bahus in Norway circa1950s.
This chair was woven to it's origia\nail design specifications in binding cane from fibre rush seat and improper binding cane backrest.
This iconic Bambi design is exceptionally crafted in teak wood with long and slender tapered legs and clean curved lines for a classic Scandinavian Modern aesthetic. The back curves dramatically extend to the armrests for a supportive and ergonomic posture making it ideal for more extended periods of seating or relaxing after a workday. The seat and back have been re-caned for optimal comfort by Caning Canada making sure it retains its value and usability for the years to come.
